Return and Exchange Policy
Cores for exchange items must be returned to Laser Express within 30 days with the RMA number / sales order number on them. Prepaid, preprinted ARS labels are available at an additional cost. At this time, we are only offering outright purchase through our ecommerce site so, if you would like to order exchange, please contact our sales department.

Cores must be returned via UPS or FedEx, as tracking numbers/proof of delivery may be required. Laser Express is not responsible for shipping charges unless you purchase a prepaid shipping label from us.
When returning your repairable core to Laser Express it is important to place your company name and sales order number on the outside of the box. Without this information your return may not be recorded properly.
It is also important to return the correct part with the RMA number you have been given. If you wish to return a part that is similar to the part you have ordered, you must notify your salesperson when you place the order. If a part of greater or equal value is sent for exchange, it will be accepted.
Non-repairable, incomplete, or cores damaged during shipping will not be accepted.
Any cores not received within 30 days will be core-billed. (Core-Bill charge list is available upon request.) After that, if a core is returned within 30 days of the core-bill date, we will credit 80% of the respective core charge (20% late fee will apply). No credit will be issued for cores received after 30 days of the core-bill date.
Custom exchange programs are also available for high volume customers.
If you have not used an item, you may return it to us for credit within 30 days of original invoice date.
Contact your sales representative and they will provide you with an RMA number to reference on your return. You must contact us prior to returning any part for credit.
All items returned in this manner will be credited for 80% of the original price.

To receive credit on an item the RMA# must be used and the product must have the original Laser Express stickers affixed. OEM products must be unused, in the original OEM packaging. Good part returns must be received within 30 days of original invoice date, credits will be applied to the original invoice.
As much as we strive for our products to be perfect every time, occasionally there may be a need for a warranty replacement. If an item fails within its warranty period, we will provide a replacement shipped to you at no cost. Upon receipt of the defective unit we will fully test it and can provide our results upon request.

Damaged Product Policy
Any item that we ship out that is damaged upon arrival must be reported to Laser Express within 10 days of shipment date. Product must remain in original box with original packing material at recipient’s location until shipping carrier has completed their inspection. The product must then be returned to Laser Express after carrier inspection.
If we send a replacement for the damaged product, the replacement invoice will be credited, pending inspection results. If no replacement is sent, the original invoice will be credited, pending inspection results.
