JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PART TIME
| Location: | Laser Express, 531 Commerce Prkwy. Verona, WI 53593 | |
| Reporting Structure: | Reports to the Sales Manager | |
| Hours: | 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Monday through Friday | |
| Responsibilities: | • Answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate individuals as required | |
| • Respond to customer emails as necessary | ||
| • Order entry | ||
| • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally | ||
| • Provide exceptional customer service to Laser Express customers | ||
| • Special projects as required | ||
| • Keep work area organized and clean | ||
| • Recognize issues and communicate them to management as necessary | ||
| Qualifications: | • Dependable | |
| • Detail oriented, accurate | ||
| • Excellent written and verbal communication skills | ||
| • Be able to lift heavy objects for extended periods of time | ||
| • Basic mathematical skills | ||
| • Customer focused with the ability to multitask | ||
| • Work well with others in a fast-paced environment | ||
| • Positive attitude | ||
| Education: | • High School graduate or equivalent | |
| • Industry experience helpful but not mandatory |
